Good questions
Before you order
What age is it for?
Check the age on the packaging for small parts. Little ones should play with it with a grown-up nearby.
Does it come with lights?
You can choose it with or without fairy lights. The lights are for grown-ups to hang, and the battery box should stay out of reach of little ones.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping is free Australia-wide. Your estimated delivery time is shown at checkout, so if it's for Christmas, order early to be safe.
What if something's wrong with my order?
If anything arrives damaged or faulty, get in touch and we'll sort it out. For change-of-mind returns, see our refund policy.
